 Master Major Kim is an accomplished martial artist who holds advanced degrees in the arts of Kung Fu, Kendo, Judo, Tae Kwon Do, and Hapkido. He started learning Tae Kwon Do (TKD) at the age of five from the Moo Duk Kwan Martial Arts School in South Korea. Shortly thereafter, he started learning Kung Fu (both Northern Pal Kwa Jang and Southern style Shao Lin). From there, Master Kim progressed to Judo, Kendo (Japanese Sword), Kum Do (Korean Sword), and ultimately, Hapkido.
He also holds a University Law Degree and is a retired Major from the South Korean Special Forces. Presently, Master Kim dedicates 100% of his time to his studio and his family.
